The answer starts with a team of real people sourcing real ingredients. In this case, apple cider from an orchard right down the road. From there, we guide these prime ingredients through a careful fermentation until we arrive at what you know as Cosmic Crisp.
It’s aroma hits you first. Roasted apples mixed with spice, accented by whiskey on oak. Its dry on the pallette and buttery smooth, with the whiskey perfectly complimenting the taste of roasted apple.
What to pair it with? Grab yourself some roasted chicken or grilled fish and you’ll be happy. It’s also a pretty good option to have a glass while dinner is still on its way.
